  Bikes are usually in better condition compared to sg bikes. However, fees should be more reasonably charged e.g. in 10 minute blocks (5 minute ride to mrt, 31 minute ride). Also bikes should be tracked at their parked location instead of GPS tracking. Occasionally when I park in indoor designated lots it is impossible to get the GPS exactly on the spot, causing me to incur a $5 relocation fee(Though I was able to appeal through the app)

  Stupid apps. Need register need verificatiom 2 days. Very not user friendly. People register because want to play om the spot not come back after 2 days.

  could only find 1 working bike from at least 5 parking areas and the other one was spoilt

  There are absolutely NO BIKES in the area where the map claims there are bikes. Wasted half an hour of time walking around searching for bikes at the void decks of the HDBs in Clementi that the app indicates there should be bikes there. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP.

  Logged me out and SMS verification refuses to work - essentially swallowed my $5 deposit.

  They charge $5 convenience fee despite parking in designated parking area. Appeal sent with photo, but rejected with canned response.
