Andale Partner – the app for drivers in Los Cabos
- Visit andalecabo.com, click the link “become a driver”, enter your details then click submit.
- If you meet all requirements, you’ll receive an email from us within 24 hours approving you to be a partner.
- Visit andalecabo.com to download the partner app.
- Download the Partner app and setup your profile.
- When you’re ready to start receiving requests, turn your status to “available”.
Accepting a ride is easy—here’s how it works:
- Using the andale app, a passenger can request a ride.
- If you’re the closest driver to their location, you’ll receive the request.
- Upon receiving the request, you can opt to accept or decline the request.
- If accepted, the app will give you directions to the pickup location.
- If needed, you can message or call the rider while in route.
- Use the app to notify the rider that you have arrived.
- After starting the trip, the app will guide you to your destination.
- Upon reaching the destination, end the trip, select the payment type and then rate the rider.
- Moments later, you’ll receive a receipt.
You can see how much you’ve made anytime after every trip.
Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
