The waiting for OTP is never ending. Why is it not being sent on both email and sms so that such issues do not arise. What a sorry intro to the app. ALL IS NOT WELL

Useless app since OTP not coming despite repeated attempts. You should SEND OTP through Email also so that in case OTP is not received through SMS a user gets it through Email as many other apps have done it. Complaints made earlier also regarding non receipt of OTP but no resolution.
