Description ATT Alarm

The AMX Alarm Management server centralizes the processing of all events seized by external sources (building/process control, fire alarm, network management, nurse call, ad hoc emergency call, etc.) and notifies the alarm organization based on the respective scenario through different communication media (voice call, SNMP trap, SMS, pager or email message). User decisions will be forwarded to the AMX which then decides if an escalation scenario must be activated or not. At any time a history of incoming alarms can be visualized and filtered out (accepted, rejected, open). The functionality is available within the public mobile network and/or a WLAN infrastructure.
