Application will access the following data from the handheld device in order to submit the accurate data:
~ Geo-Location (Current Location) of the User
~ Internet Access
~ Network State Access
~ Storage Access
~ Camera Access
Surveyor bust be an Employee of the Organization.
Application also works online as well as offline based on the options selected by the surveyor.
Surveyor must always keep Data Connection On in order to provide the Geo-Location to the Organization (Either you are submitting the data online or offline).
If user is not able to Sync the Data on time, Organization will not be responsible for the result.
Employee agrees to defend and indemnify Organization and hold Organization harmless from all claims, losses, damages, complaints, or expenses connected with or resulting from Licensee's business operations.
