Y tế Điện tử - VNPT Care

Trước những thực trạng về Y tế tại Việt Nam, VNPT xây dựng và đưa ra giải pháp CNTT tổng thể ứng dụng trong Y tế trên cơ sở phần mềm Quản lý Bệnh viện VNPT (VNPT HIS). Hệ thống này là hệ thống thông tin quản lý bệnh viện tổng hợp bao gồm các chức năng chính sau:
- Hệ thống phần mềm quản lý bệnh viện (Quản lý toàn bộ công tác khám chữa bệnh tại bệnh viện theo các quy trình của Cục quản lý khám chũa bệnh ban hành)
- Hệ thống quản lý Y tế cơ sở: Quản lý toàn bộ các nghiệp vụ khám chữa bệnh cũng như phòng bệnh của nghành y tế tại các tuyến cơ sở (Sở y tế, Trung tâm y tế huyên, các phòng khám cũng như trạm y tế xã).
- Toàn bộ giải pháp này được tích hợp lại thành một hệ thống phần mềm tổng thể thống nhất nhằm đáp ứng được nhu cầu khám chữa bệnh của bệnh viện cũng như đáp ứng việc phục vụ bệnh nhân ngày một tốt hơn góp sức xây dựng nền Y tế điện tử tạo thành một hệ sinh thái Y tế VNPT.
In the context of the health situation in Vietnam, VNPT has developed and implemented a comprehensive IT solution for health based on VNPT Hospital Management Software (VNPT HIS). The system is a comprehensive hospital management information system that includes the following main functions:
- Hospital management software system (management of all medical examination and treatment at hospitals according to the procedures issued by the Department of Disease Control)
- Basic health management system: Management of all medical examination and treatment as well as health care services at the grassroots level (Department of Health, District health center, clinics and stations commune health center).
- All solutions are integrated into a unified software system to meet the hospital's medical needs as well as to serve patients better than to help build the foundation. Electronic health forms a VNPT Health Ecosystem.
