يتحدث المسلسل عن بنت صغيرة تدعى ماشا تعيش مع دب و تسميه سيد الدب يخوضون مغامرات ومواقف مختلفة، ويشاركهم أحيانا السيد أرنوب ويتألف المسلسل من 52 حلقة.
