In-Dash GPS bring the GPS signal from your smartphone to the In-Dash USB stick, it allows to run navigation apps on your head unit screen even when driving cars without the integrated GPS on MirrorLink.
In-Dash GPS start and stop, can be automatically controlled by the In-Dash Tether app, removing the need to do any manual operation on the smartphone.
