This Android-based mobile application, used in conjunction with a Visa-provided Utility card, is intended to provide Visa contact and contactless acquiring clients, merchants, systems integrator, and vendors with a convenient, alternative method to confirming that their acceptance devices can accept Visa Chip cards during the device development, deployment, and update stages of the program.
