App worked great until the update (hence the 4 stars not 5) really hard to get it to connect to see the progress. Can take days of trying to get it to work.

Keeps crashing and showing 0 activity even when we've walked the dog for over 1 hrs. Uninstalled and reinstalled app several times. Update. It has stopped crashing but I still don't get any other info showing except that days download. No weight, badges, points etc

Hi I brought pitpat from amazon over the weekend and my dog has been wearing it for two days now however when I upload the data to the app it shows that my dog has been running all the time and no rest no sleep no walking. It is also showing that he has travelled around 90km so far today and he hasn't even left the garden. Please can you help me. Update great service from Pitpat they sent me a new device to replace my faulty one with no fuss. Thanks alot top work,

It seemed like a brilliant app for the first few days, then it started saying (3 days now) that hes not reached his recommended when hes done well over (almost double). I've contacted the email I've seen on a few of these reviews & also did the question thing on the web page but had no reply as of yet. Also on 1 day it only gave him 13 points instead of 20 for completing his daily recommended 🤷🏻‍♀️ For a pay monthly thing I'd expect it to be pretty bug free tbh.
