I just hate it. The fan's speed is very low. I bought 2 fans one of them is very very bad. Sometimes it stops. And sometimes it doesn't even connects with this app. Disgusting👎👎 i will recommend not to buy this fan.....Totally useless!

Very bad service...don't buy any products. The fans never connect properly. I Sent over 4 service requests no one responded...now the app is not working properly.

Very disappointing at starting the aap work fine with the fan but after 2 months. The app shows the connection but not the opreating layouts........

İn brief can be said "Don't buy Product". I bought in Feb 2020,but couldn't sleep in bed room because of noise given by fan till May 2020 untill attended by mechanic . Warranty of two year is use less due to absence of quick repair in summer. Auto is useless feature. We pay higher price only for remote. Traditional fans never asked for a service engineer since 10 year. Careless customer care after sale is making Ottomate disreputed. Complaints are not attended ,my fan is again giving noise .

I bought a three Ottomate ceiling fan new house. Electricity is always between 250 and 265 volts . I have never slept peacefully since I bought the Fan. The fan shuts off when the power goes above 260 VOLTS while the fan is running at night.Repairs have been made three to four times since the purchase date. Is becoming depressed This complaint has not been corrected.
