I am experiencing freezing of my mobile as I try to activate it. I have updated my one plus nord to android 11 and have been facing issue after then please look in to it and try to solve I have to restart everytime to get out of it!

Can't access via an app icon nor from settings. Sure I just come to google play to open it, but why should I when every app ever is easily accessible? :(
