This case was supposed to overcome 2 shortcomings of the Galaxy 6 edge namely; the non user replaceable battery and the fixed memory. Unfortunately it gave out after about a month or two. I called Incipio and they said at the present time they're no longer making the case because of issues with it. The customer service representative was very courteous and offered to replace the case with a battery backup case only. I explained to him that the real attraction of the case was the memory extension as well.

The app doesn't work. I can access the data on the micro SD card by connecting the case to my computer but the app gives me no data when I access it from my phone. What's the point? The whole point of the case to provide expandable memory so it's a complete waste of time.

It does not work . I downloaded it 3 different times . Everytime I try to use it . The app says it's stopped working . There's no use to have the off grid case if you can't move the internal photos from your phone to the SD card in the case . I have a Galaxy S6
