My scale is basically useless because this app won't even allow me to register. Do not buy. EDIT I: I have added one star as the update has enabled me to register, but I am unable to connect via Bluetooth. EDIT II: Customer support was able to resolve all of my issues. App is working great now.

App worked great for a week... then kept telling me fail to connect.... with an IP address looking string of numbers. Started using it on sept. 30th and today its acting up (oct 6th). On top of that, the ideal "weight" that it suggests is unbelievable. No way I will ever reach 135 lbs.

I encountered a problem during the use, but I found the customer service on the message page I found and told him I encountered a problem and don’t know how Solved, under the guidance of the customer service, my problem was solved easily. It was great.

App updated abd erased all my past weights and now its not connecting and it wont show me my previous weight

Worst app ever! Erased extra profiles and history of all the weights for all profiles! Needed this for a doctor appoitment. Now it won't even load up at all!

I liked it 3 weeks ago when I bought the scale but it updated I guess. It was much better before.
