What do we need to do to hear WOWO , over the air signals are very weak and the online app keeps stopping????

I dont minds the ads I realize they have to pay the bill but I absolutely HATE that every 10min or so the app shuts down and you have to restart it again. This is a problem when your hands are busy and your keep having to take your phone out to restart playing

Recently WOWO added two ads before hearing what's on the air. My app stops streaming every 9 minutes when I'm not on a WiFi connection. So restarting the streaming entails waiting for 2 ads to play. Given this, I installed another talk radio station's app and wont be listening to Rush Limbaugh on the WOWO app anymore. App developer says they removed the ads but there are still there.

Service stinks. Very inconsistent stream. No matter Wifi or Data, no matter the network or device, audio is grainy, constantly punctuated with static and drop out. Grrr.
