1. Only able to take picture of claims, cant upload documents from the phone. 2. Doesnt support 'special' characters - really, which year is it 1995?

Worked well for a while, then over the last few weeks, it constantly says, "please check your internet connection" whenever I try to log in, even though my connection is fine. Very frustrating. Old review: Works well. Super easy to submit a claim. Gave 4 stars because it says it require access to my location, which makes no sense.

Waste of time. Doesn't work. Won't actually connect to my Aetna plan or show any of my account information.
