A rendszer egyik része maga a mobil alkalmazás, melyet a rendezvény résztvevői töltenek le és melybe a szervezőtől megkapott egyedi rendezvénykód segítségével lépnek be. A másik rész a webes tartalomkezelő felület, melyen keresztül a rendezvény szervezője feltöltheti a rendezvény legfontosabb információt, melyek azonnal meg is jelennek az alkalmazásban.
Legyen az a helyszínre, programra, étkezésre, megközelítésre vonatkozó információ, az appon át az gyorsan eljuttatható a meghívottakhoz. Nincsenek előre meghatározott menüpontok, azokat dinamikusan, teljesen szabadon hozhatja létre az esemény szervezője. A standard app oldalszerkesztő mellett bármilyen mobil-optimalizált web oldal direktben is hozzáadható, mint önálló menüpont illetve az esemény után fotógaléria is nyitható.
A szervezőnek eredményesen használhatják a Push Üzenetküldő funkciót, mellyel akár az utolsó pillanatban – de akár a rendezvény alatt is küldhet ki üzenetet a résztvevőknek.

One part of the system is the mobile application itself, which is downloaded by the participants of the event and entered with the help of the unique event code received from the organizer. The other part is the web content management interface, through which the event organizer can upload the most important information of the event, which is immediately displayed in the application.
Whether it is information about the location, program, meal, approach, the app can quickly be sent to the invites. There are no predefined menu items, they can be created dynamically, completely freely by the event organizer. In addition to the standard app page editor, any mobile-optimized web page can be added directly as a standalone menu item, and a photo gallery can be opened after the event.
The organizer can effectively use the Push Messaging feature to send a message to the participants even at the last minute - or even during the event.
