Well the products and app work fine. App is actually polished compared to what similar companies have available and I would say smooth. Setup is a bit tricky for someone who is not tech savvy but to the average person it should be fairly simple. Ran into a few issues but nothing a good ol reset can't take care of. Overall I would say this is an above average app.

Please add 1. Multi select download option (download multiple clips at once) and 2. Multi camera stream view (view multiple separate live streams at the same time on 1 page)

Great app very clear only issue ever had was I seen somebody stealing something on camera and I had set the camera on record motion but it didn't record the incident.q1 Lame. The recording was working good at one point but now it says it is but nothing records. Please fix. Other than this hiccup its top 5 in my bookz

Does not record moving objects long enough sometimes. When you pause video a big play symbol sits right in the middle & does not go away!! It should fade out after a second or 2. Very annoying.

The app and camera were both working great, then the camera got unplugged and needed to be completely repaired to my phone but when I go to connect with the camera it logs me out. I've tried everything I can think of including removing it from my connections and reinstalling the app. This would be frustrating alone but for the Bluetooth to function you have to give your location data which I have personally never seen or heard of and sounds fishy as hell.
