This is no longer 5 stars. I've spent hours trying to get help because I can't locate my grandson's phone. Why isn't there a number to call??? I'm totally frustrated and ready to cancel

One of my sons lost his phone at a football game. Found the phone using this app. It led us to within 5 yds of the at 11 pm.

T-MOBILE/ SPRINT this app used to work great. Now all it gives you is low accuracy all the time you can't find your loved ones if needed and or if you lose your phone, in-which has and does happen. Please make this app so it updates. the last time it was updated was in April 2020 . Update app please and support this app. Thank you

When trying to locate phones on my account it won't locate or pin points to the same location for days even if that phone is right beside you
