cool that you can order online and pick up the food but if there is any mistakes there's nothing in the app to get help of any kind nevermind a refund

Tried ordering food sat on the purchasing screen for over 5 min. Decided it would be quicker just going to the store. Also rewards are trash

Seriously, I could've gone to the 6th farthest subway from me, and it would be faster than the app, and that's if the app even lets you order.
