• Login functionality for members
• Adding new tasks based on service areas like (Graphics, Web, SMM) by client serving team (Task name, client, assigned date, client service person name, project handled by, deadline)
• Notification of new task addition to team lead of individual category
• Team lead can assign tasks to respective team members (Project start date will be defined by team lead/client servicing team upon internal discussion)
• Data to be displayed on approval of admin only
• Team member can update the status, and add remarks on projects handled by them
• Notifications to admin/client servicing team on project status by team member handling project
• Announcement sections to display: Training sessions, birthdays, salary statement about credit, download salary slip, holiday, leaves status, change in any policies by admin, task completion, new joinees, events.
• Projects section to display: Task name, client, assignment date, client service person name, project handled, deadline, status, remark
• Clients section to display: Client names
• Holiday section to display: All holidays updated by admin
• Salary section to display: Salary statement about credit, download salary slip for any month
• Leaves section to display: Apply for leave, total leaves, pending leaves, adjust leave
• Events section to display: Name of event, date of event and venue
• Policy section to display: All policies updated by admin, to be sort by new/date
• Separate module for clients for displaying only information on login(about company, few policy, clients, portfolio)
• Those who cannot login can view Spicetree Design Agency’s services as a web application
