Excellent userfriendly app.We can get all the information in this app and there is no need of any other form of communicn. It is seems recently they have revamped the entire software.

Worst app the world. Grievance portal not working. Whatsapp chat option is saying you are not authorised for this chat.

This app really sucks wherever there is droplist nothing will be shown because of that always face problem in submitting any information if you don't want anyone to message or register their grievances then please don't put that in option
