Description
This android app is developed by Innovation Hub of RSC Calicut to facilitate people from any location to enter the contact timings of the annular eclipse as it progresses through the various phases of annularity. The user has to enter the sky condition by choosing the drop-down option and enter the contact timings for first, second, third and fourth contacts (shown in the figure below). In case of partial eclipse the first and fourth contact need to be entered. Further the user should permit the app to gather the information regarding the location of the device. The app is most effective in outdoor conditions under open sky.

We have added an interactive solar eclipse map from which you can predict the time at which the eclipse will occur in your region.
Universal time is given you can convert it into IST by adding 5:30 hrs
