Why is it even called purring cat when it doesn't evsn purr? Or does it purr because mine only vibrates and I don't think that is called purring.

After the new Android update, the cat no longer purrs. The phone doesn't vibrate anymore when you press the cat. This was my favorite widget but it doesn't even purr anymore!
