This App relates to the field of welfare, and more specifically, a system and method of assisting people in need by using the GPRS system.
Throughout the world, there are people who are underprivileged and lack some of the basic necessities of life. For various reasons, these people do not have the financial means to provide for some of life's basic requirements. A variety of programs exist to help these people, but they all fall short in one respect or another.
Donation culture to help the poor and marginalized neighborhoods are happening in many places, include underprivileged and support for public activities and social welfare foundation or charitable organization that aims to create a prosperous community based on the power to share. According to the 2018 Giving USA report, Americans gave a total of $410 billion to charity last year.
However, such donations have been used to provide assistance to major charities or organizations working on these. There is no system which is available that can assist the people in need there and then. The people who are living around us in our localities and don’t have the basic necessities remain untapped by these charitable organizations.
There are multiple solutions that have been presented in prior art. However, these solutions are limited and restricted to their conventional architecture and system.
Project Flashlight relates to a novel and useful concept of an application that is proposed to be compatible with all types of electronic devices that will assist the user to locate and mark a person (homeless) on the gprs of the app.
