Barang belom digunakan sama sekali, tapi pihak passpod tidak mau mengembalikan uang kita. Sudah dari Maret 2020. Diundur2 terus refundnya, sekarang disuruh tunggu sampai May 2020. Hati2 jangan order disini, duit deposito kalian nanti gak bakal balik loh kayak saya.

Used Passpod for several international visits (mainly in SEA region), works properly, acceptable internet speed, long battery life as well. The android app itself is good enough as a companion to the modem. What I like about the app is ut can be used to check your modem status. Some people may be unfortunate enough to get the app crashing though, definitely needs some work regarding that issue.

Tiga kali saya menggunakan modem wifi Passpod dan semuanya memuaskan. Saat di SG di stasiun MRT pun masih lancar. Di PH sempat sekali gangguan sinyal tp begitu hubungi tim CS langsung ditindak lanjuti dan sinyal kembali normal. Jika ada kesempatan perjalanan keluar lagi akan sewa lagi di Passpod.. Nice lah pokoknya
