This app was horrible, slow, misdirected you, and just generally sucked. I got rid of it, it was worthless.

Terrible DESIGN! There is no option to log in and stay connected. You have to login every single time you enter the app. When you want to submit a concern it doesn't use the information you created from your account. You have to enter it all in manually! And it seems that you can only report weather-related issues. What a joke!
