Audio commentary for each 'point of interest' is provided by people intimately familiar with the location, whether it is the artist who created a public art piece, an architect who designed the structure, or a local resident who knows the history of a particular place. These commentaries let you interact with, and share the experience in a deeper and more engaging manner.

This app does exactly what I expected it to do. The content is based on the location you are in, and what has been provided by the various artists / historians / agencies. Edit: this app is consistently being updated with new cities/locations and new features.

Shortly after downloading Otocast my phone started randomly downloading other apps that I didn't authorize. Apps included Yahoo mail, panda pop, and about 5 others before I was able to uninstall Otocast. Don't download.
