Horrible app. All app options take you to website which has zero info about your account. No way to claim points unless you memorize your account number. FAQs and search take you in meaningless circles. Waste if time. Way easier to pick up the phone.

Can't update app. No mini tour info. Is this how you get back in good graces with customers after closing half your stores? Looks like more closings will be on the way with that kind of service.

Use to be great to see your progress on both world and mini tours. Now I've been unable to even login in the past 2 weeks. Not sure if it's COVID or bankruptcy related. The parent company was in trouble before the virus hit. I'm glad my local store is open. But need to determine how much corporate is supporting the business.
