it's good in terms of concept of convenience but bad when it comes to fulfillment and terrible in after sales experience...a shocker from a great setup like Noon daily

Its a decent app, but sometimes they don't update the items if they're available or out of stock, it happened to me twice, I ordered by card twice for different items in different days and both times the items were out of stock, they even offered me a replacement and I accepted it, even the replacement was out of stock. So then they had to refund me
