It sucks I entered the tracking number and it says something went wrong please try again later and if it doesn't say that it says Hmm...No parcels match your search terms this app sucks I like J&T's app it's more simpler than this garbage app.

Dashboard is a joke. Cannot even login. Requested for pw reset and there was error. Dropped email to CS and all I got was a cut and paste reply that my message will be forwarded to the "relevant team". This relevant team is skiving i suppose. It's been more than 72hrs and my problem is still not yet resolved. I advise u guys not to buy ninjapacs. Just continue with smartpac will do. No hassel and easy. 72hrs later, while still waiting, guess what? My smartpacs already reached my recipients 😂
