Since the last update it doesn't work ....I can't log in.....I 'll hope you fix it soon.....

New Update causes Login issues. Please roll back old previous APP version ASAP. Should fix this problem if thats possible. I'm guessing there's an error made in coding with the newest update. Please roll back coding / drivers to previous. Should work.

Doesn't work for me. I previously registered a sim which I no longer have and lebara has reallocated that number to someone else. The app recognised my email and let me change the password which I had forgotten. Then it insisted on veryfying the number which I am no longer using. Nothing in the help about this. It is probably quite good otherwise. I think the app's database probably isn't entirely hooked up to the rest of the system so it has allowed a reallocated number to keep my ID

Worked for a month, now it says "we're vont technical issues, please try again in a few minutes"... waited a lot more than a few minutes and it's still not working!! Pathetic!

Unable to sign in; email or password is incorrect! Not the case as I've copied it straight out of my password manager.
