My account said "error retrieving data". I updated my app, signed out and signed back in. Now everything is great.

Cannot get in! Only got in once. Now cannot find account.Done everything it says to retrieve password and username. Does not work ! To hell with it Unstalled It!

Cannot pay my bill on anymore will not load

If you get error message saying cant access account. Go to settings, apps, and delete cache and data. This will cause the app to work correctly. Uninstalling, and reinstalling will not work without deleting cache and data.
