Bought as a gift for my daughter and the app doesn't even work. It crashes instantly without even loading.

Bought a story for my new grandbaby and was super excited. Downloaded the app and recorded a story but the stories won't play. Even tried emailing it to my daughter and she can't play them either. Super disappointed!
