Mostonet Family Safer allows you to achieve this by allowing the parent to set up a local VPN connection that can filter all network traffic.
It will also guarantee more experienced users not to expose the device to compromised sites containing malware, 0-day exploits or phishing.
This project is a fork of Daniel Wolf's DNSChanger, redesigned to be used by non-technical personnel. It's completely free as are the DNS used to filter network traffic.
The DNS used are free and offered by Cleanbrowsing in a Family Filter configuration.
The App has no Banner or advertising.
