The Drought Monitor is a regular and periodic monitoring of the drought situation in the brazilian northeast, whose results are disseminated through the Drought Monitor Map. Monthly, information about drought situation are available up to the previous month, with indicators reflecting the short time (last 3, 4 and 6 months) and the long time (last 12, 18 and 24 months), indicating the evolution of drought in the region.
