Mobile Network Radiation
Tools | 532.0KB
Assess the signal strength of your mobile network cell and compare it against safety standards¹.
• Green led: everything is just fine.
• Orange led: it is still OK.
• Red led sporadically: probably OK.
• Red led constantly: investigation needed.
• Grey led: not working!
Note: It has been noticed that the app is not working on some devices when connected to a 4G mobile network. If this is the case, either turn off 4G or follow the tip below. We are working on this issue.
Visit rozolutions.com for information regarding the theoretical background.
TIP: Remove the sim card from your phone to get a measurement for the operator with the strongest signal in your location.
¹It should be noted that there is no solid scientific proof about the effects of the mobile network radiation on human health. As a result, the safety limit of the radiation flux varies significantly between countries. For example, the USA limit is 10000 times higher than Austria limit! Consequently, a red led means you are above the safety limit (we use in the app the stricter that can be found in literature), it does not mean your health is in danger. If you are concerned, you should contact specialists on this issue that can advise you properly.
