Marshall Multi-Room

Hello sir I bought couple of stanmore multi-room last month. I can set my favorite spotify album at preset No.1 2 and 3 , My wife set her favorite spotify album at preset No.4 5 and 6 , We use Spotify Family Plan . When I want to play music from my spotify account ,just press knob No.1 2 or 3 ,and my wife press knob No.4 5 or 6 for play album that use her spotify account . We have not disturbed from each other ,Very satisfied Marshall Multiroom preset function. But for a week until now ,this function has changed ,I don't known why. When I press knob no.4-6 ,Speaker use my spotify account instead of my wife account. or I press knob no.1-3 speaker use my wife account instead of me. I noticed that speaker use spotify account from last cast device ,that is not normal function its used to be. I try to factory reset several times but same result. How can I do ,is it about your cloud service or my speaker or spotify or google home app. This is very serious issue for my family ,Thanks for your help

I found issues using the speaker and connectivity problems prior to downloading the Multi~Room App. Now I can use my ANC headphones and MIDs while both are connected. Just give it a learning curve and give it a study. I just learned that there is Radio stream through the app and you can listen to your favorite radio stations. Just give it a chance and learn the app! Good stuff, I was frustrated at first but am super impressed now that I learned the functions.

Forever losing connection, bluetooth activation very difficult. Speaker and app experience extremely poor considering the outrageous expense.

This app is just a joke. Cant believe that a speaker that costs 400 euros and have options of presrts does not allove to set up those presets without problems with a connection to the speaker and rebooting it for like 3 times. A dedcription of adding presets does not correspond with reality. Everything in this app doesnt work properly!!! Giving my multiroom speaker back to a store and getting JBL one. Thanks

Speaker used to work fine. After updates constantly disconnecting. Loosing signal. Radio stations reset after each update. Very frustrating.

Now: The latest updated addressed the issues below, which makes the radio integration a whole lot useful. Thanks guys! Before: 'Only gripe is the abysmal net radio integration. Search function does NOT work, station list is not in alphabetical order.'
