No wonder why this app has 1* rating. Crashes all the time and whoever invented this new improved UI should be fired in no time. Bad job.

Even though I don't open it, this app crashes every once in a while in the background, pops up the dialogue "lumm has stopped", very annoying.

It was great until it stopped working. I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S10+ and now it freezes everytime I open the app. I would alter my rating if they can correct it. I've already contacted their support services but have gotten no solutions.
