LIFTIT! – DIY Workout Planner/Strength Training/Fitness Tracker/Bodybuilding
This is a free DIY workout tracker. 100% FREE! No locked features. You don’t need to register an account, link to your social media personal page, such as Facebook or Twitter.
It is your own diary which you can use to plan/schedule your strength workouts, record your day-to-day workout and keep track of your body/weight measurements.
The application’s features and characters:
• You can create your customized exercises or you can select from the given list;
• Use the built-in Calendar to schedule and mark your bodybuilding, powerlifting and fitness.
• Record and keep track of your everyday workout results by entering the number of Reps and Weight.
• Use the built-in Timer/Stopwatch to measure precisely your self-trainings.
• The Statistics tab illustrates your training results with interactive graphs of each exercise.
• Your workout data is automatically consolidated over all periods in order to give you a quick assessment of your progress.
• You can export/save and track data about your weight and the number of repetitions for each performed exercise to an external storage and import the file whenever needed to ensure that your records are securely backup.
• You can categories your exercises with different color of labels and sort them with different options.
