In kundalini yoga they work with body, mind and soul, which help us to become more aware of our physical, mental and emotional condition - and influence them in a positive way.
At the time we release (or awake) this kundalini energy, we become more conscious, more aware of our truth, our inner potential. Awakened kundalini can release blockages in the mind, body and spirit; helping us to heal, nourish, and rejuvenate. Some forms of yoga may feel inaccessible to a beginner, or someone who is not very flexible or strong. Kundalini yoga is accessible to all.
