The app itself is laggy and bad and the cycle unlock same relock is unreliable. Both the app and ability to get and return cycles easily should be the absolute bare minimum requirement. The customer service was however prompt and easy when I requested to delete my account, although the app itself not having an option to delete your account it its own failing - plenty of others will not bother to delete or request personal data deletion and just eat will hang on to their data.

The app malfunctioned and wouldn't let me end the trip and was still charging me for it. No contact for support during the later hours.

DRUNK PEOPLE - READ THIS!! It's all good and well hiring a bike, especially when it's only £1.50, but please note that you cannot hire a bike to anywhere you like! It must be returned to a docking station (which can be miles away from where you're actually going). I learned this the hard way after cycling home at 3am, only to realise I had to cycle back another 1.5miles to return the bike - then catch a taxi home. In conclusion, don't be a cheap skate and just catch an uber!

Very good electric bikes, great idea to get people cycling - but roads are full of drivers ignoring red lights etc during the coronavirus which is making it extremely dangerous on the roads. More needs to be done to make cycling a safe way to travel .
