Teh consumer complaints option is terrible. It will let you submit the complaint but there is no follow up or closure of the ticket.

At present APP is Unable to Fetch Bill even after giving "Correct Consumer details". Please ensure the Safety and rectify the problem. Thanks.

Hi this app is not so useful. Because many things are so slow. You have to update and change view also. Worst app I have ever use.

I have updated my mobile number and e- mail id twice but no alert has been came. Also every time after opening app we have to enter Consumer number . Please note that in Google Pay or Phonepe if we have paid once then the consumer details are automatically saved and every billing cycle it triggered a message
