Description
IncluApp is intended for teachers and students of the Military College System Brazil and contains information about the various educational needs met by Special Education (Hearing Impairment, Visual Impairment, Intellectual Disability, Physical Disability, Autistic Spectrum Disorder and High Abilities / Giftedness) .
Apart from brief definitions of what constitutes each special educational need, the application also brings teachers and students guidance on how they can help a student or colleague arising from the special education in order to promote their inclusion.
For the composition of the information and guidance contained in the application, there were several visits to institutions dedicated to special education. In these places, teachers and other professionals shared their best practices, showing what has been done more relevant in the best interaction and relationship with these students, as well as major obstacles to overcome. In addition, many students in special education were also heard and shared with us their greatest wishes and the main difficulties faced by them in everyday life of a school, whether regular or not education.
