Most of your drivers around 97 per cent are fantastic drivers polite helpful but 3 or 4 per cent have really poor English &as your company is serving the people of huddersfield most of us have strong Yorkshire accents and sum of your drivers have really very poor English which causes all kinds of communication problems..&u do need 2 improve on this immediately the day after tomorrow is 2 late.ur app works quite well but 96 percent of time wen I go to use it ur app often says cant accept bookings

When it works, the app is excellent. But most of the time is says "cant take bookings" so you still have to call them
