Waste huge amounts of our time to pause leads. Need to increase Limits pause time to more then 48 hrs. We are closed on certain days of the week and holidays yet will not.let us pause leads when we are closed. So cannot use leads which clearly become worthless. Frequently " leads" are clearly not leads and we are not licensed to provide and should never be sent to us and be filtered to other trades Yet you do not credit us.

Its a little slow in the beginning, but as you go through the process it gets better.. Its good to have available work come to you through your mobile device.

Since the new update this app has cost me soo much money at a time when i need it the most. You cant call from the app and it keeps crashing. I loved the app before the new update.

The app's calling system to call the customer isn't setup right. Plus Home Advisor keeps changing me for leads that I was unable to call. Also getting charged for leads when my business is closed, by the time we are open the leads have contracted the work already. Last being charged for leads that aren't vetted properly as the customers aren't entering the information for the job honestly and you go to the job and it's something beyond the job you signed up for. Plus not refunding as they should

The app is great. The way things are set up with the leads is standard practice. You have to be quick when a lead comes in to be able to get the job, Id not you end up in the whole. It is great because they being the costumers and buisness to me. Without home advisor I would not have the opportunity to get this kind of buisness.

The app itself is not so bad. Actually find it to be pretty helpful. But I've just started using Home advisor to pick up some cleaning Jobs and I'm not so happy with the outcome so far. I'm not a large business nor do I have many clients so spending $300 start up fee and paying per lead, I've already received a fee of almost $40 and haven't even spoke to someone who's past the planning stage yet. I'm starting to feel like This Home advisor Pro is going to rob me blind.
