Why do I have to login every time I open this app and have to enter all my details again and again....can't you guys make one stable update?

The Customer care is absolutely amazing and soft spoken,cannot say the same about the app though.

There is an issue due to date and time not being able to sync with the phone. It really rakes time to connect with the app. My review after a year I changed my phone and was facing and issue with service. Thanks to Harry and Liu progam developers. They were so prompt and gave all their support. Thanks to them I am able to use it again.

I am unable to use this app. Getting error notification of "Service Unavailable" consistently. Never thought of getting such experience from a brand like Timex

Every time i have to connect and login again n again.. lost connection automatically, vibrations unnecessarily while playing audio on whatsapp
