How do you just operate with card payment only not every has the ability to use debit card useless app

I had to receive a package and the person who sent it told that I would get a message . I did nit get any message fetchr for a day and I called them but they kept telling you should have got a message where my problem is the message receiving part . They told that they have manually done it and and have put me in a confused state . Will never prefer this service again .

Super easy to use, great service and app - would be nice to have push alerts on when a package progresses/is delivered, but works great!
