Ebenfalls zu lesen sind Nachrichten aus Rathäusern kreisangehöriger Städte.
Push-Funktion
Wer möchte, nutzt die Push-Funktion der App und ist damit stets sekundenschnell über wichtige Neuigkeiten an Ennepe und Ruhr informiert. Selbstverständlich können die Push-Nachrichten und Informationen auch im Ruhemodus des Smartphones aktiv und direkt eingeblendet werden.
Karten- und Satellitenplan
Die App verfügt über einen Karten- und Satellitenplan. Dort sind zahlreiche Informationen über Einrichtungen hinterlegt. Such- und Listenfunktionen vereinfachen das Finden, der integrierte Routenplaner macht die Anreise zum Kinderspiel.
Dank der „Augmented Reality Anwendung“ können zudem zusätzliche virtuelle Informationen hinzugefügt werden. Abrufbar sind sie, wenn die Nutzer die App öffnen und Orte sowie Objekte über die Kamerafunktion ihres Smartphones oder Tablets betrachten. Eingeblendete Buttons machen es möglich, weitere Informationen abzurufen. Zusätzlich wird der Weg angezeigt.
