Empowerfit is dedicated to providing a one stop shop for moms at any stage of motherhood. We cover fitness, nutrition, pelvic health physiotherapy, massage and acupuncture. We deliver the best workshops and events to round out everything a mom needs to be whole and happy. Empowerfit offers group training, 1 on 1 coaching and couples/family classes! Kids of all ages are always welcome and we can’t wait to have you as part of our community!
